We send your resume directly to the hiring manager so that it receives undivided attention. In addition, we offer assistance in resume writing, interview preparation and salary negotiation. Finally, our services are free of charge to our candidates.
Recruitment Guidelines for Potential Candidates
In order to provide our candidates with a better understanding and appreciation of our recruitment process, we have outlined it below.
- You send in your resume by e-mail
- Our experienced recruiters review it and selectively compare it with our current and future opportunities.
- Once we have identified a suitable match between your professional expertise/skills/abilities/career goals and our clients' needs, we will contact you for a preliminary interview at which time we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the job opportunity.
- You decide whether or not to pursue the opportunity. If your decision is positive, we will conduct a reference check and forward your profile in confidence directly to the hiring manager who may elect to interview you. If you are not interested in pursuing the job opportunity, your resume will be retained in the event of a future match.
